For the nozzle.The default size is 0.4mm. We also have 0.2mm, 0.3mm. If you need change. Just notify us.

- Whether global free shipping or not ?
Answer: It is not global free shipping. due to Express company's different charge standard in different countries, so we just provide part of country free shipping.
- Why my order always do not have detailed tracking information ?
Answer: after you finished payment , we need 1-3 days handle order, then send to Express company. Express company need check and records ,then arrange delivery. as normal, it needs 3-5 days update first tracking information. if there is no information within 7-10 days.
