1. Whether global free shipping or not?
Answer: It is not global free shipping. due to Express company's different charge standard in different countries, so we just provide part of country free shipping.
2. Why my order always do not have detailed tracking information?
Answer: after you finished payment, we need 1-3 days handle order, then send to Express company. Express company need check and records, then arrange delivery . as normal, it needs 3-5 days update first tracking information. If there is no information within 7-10 days. Please contact buyer servicer.
