Shipping Policy
* Please note:
- All the printers(Excluding accessories) shipping from China might cause tariffs, please know well about your country's laws, all the products Creality3D selling default FOB trading terms, the buyers will take responsibility on all kinds of tax in their country. Shipping from the local state has no import tariffs required.
- Most parts will ship from China while few accessories will send from overseas, please aware! We have the oversea warehouse for most printers, but few don't. Regarding the printer shipping from China, we will use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS and by Fast Saling if No Position of Airline Flight in Particular Situation. And, if you have any special in shipping method, please contact us by online chat or email us.
- Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
- All packages have specific tracking information.
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

How Much Does The Shipping Cost?
It is not global free shipping. due to Express company's different charge standard in different countries, so we just provide part of country free shipping.
Why do I need to pay for remote area fees?
Answer: Due to Express company (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.) delimit different areas as remote area based their standard. So we do not know whether your address is a remote area before we get your address information . so, if your address is the remote area, need to pay remote area fees.
Why do I need to pay tax for our local Express or local customs?
Answer: if your local Express company charge your money, please ask them why charging fee . and for what ? it is crucial for the buyer.
About customs charging fees. Nobody can control, every country customs has different Import and export tariff systems, so if you want to avoid customs fee, please tell our service your request. we will do as your request.
Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information?
Answer: after you finished payment, we need 1-3 days to handle the order, then send it to Express company. Express company needs check and records, then arrange delivery . as standard, it needs 3-5 days update first tracking information . if there is no information within 7-10 days. Please contact the buyer servicer.
How Fast Can I Get My Products?
With creality3dpro.store, we ensure that shipping from China or local warehouse is cheaper and faster than you think. Once you complete the payment, we'll ship the goods out to you within 2 business days. The goods are shipped from China
warehouse to worldwide places within 7-25 days, from local warehouse across the United States within 3-7days.
- After we send out your goods, we email you the courier tracking number.
- If you need help tracking your delivery, or have concerns about a delivery time, please email us at support@creality3dpro.store or click "Track My Order" at the bottom of creality3dpro.store page.
Where Can We Deliver The Package To?
We can ship globally, however not including countries of political or military factors,such as South Sudan and Palestine.
What Shipping Methods Are Offered?
- We'll ship your goods by air express courier or by fast sailing. The choice of courier varies according to the country.
We deliver globally and use several major international air express courier, including air parcel (default) ,UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT and EMS (customer and balance required).
For bulk orders, we can also arrange to make the goods available at our storage for your own forwarder to collect.
Receiving Your Delivery
- Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.
- It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. If you are drop-shipping, this means your customer's phone number.
- If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
Track My Order
Creality3dpro.store will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.
